Privacy Policy — PineGuard.net

Effective Date: March 2026
Last Updated: March 2026

About This Policy

This website, PineGuard.net (the "Site"), is owned and operated by MGP Manufacturing LLC ("MGP," "PineGuard®," "we," "us," or "our"), a manufacturer of gutter protection systems headquartered in Paterson, New Jersey. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information obtained through this Site.

PineGuard.net is an informational and marketing resource for roofing and exterior trade professionals. This Site does not process consumer transactions. PineGuard® Products are sold through authorized third-party distributors designated by MGP Manufacturing LLC from time to time. Transactions made through any authorized Distributor are governed by that Distributor's own privacy policy and terms of sale — not this Policy.

Because this Site does not process transactions, the personal information we collect is limited. We do not collect payment information, shipping addresses for orders, or consumer purchase data through this Site.

This Privacy Policy, together with the PineGuard® Terms of Use and Disclaimer, collectively governs your use of PineGuard.net. All three documents should be read together.

This Site is intended for trade professionals located in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Automated and AI-Assisted Communications. If you contact us through this Site, we may use marketing automation tools and AI-assisted systems to help route and respond to your inquiry. Any AI-assisted responses are informational only and do not constitute technical advice, product specifications, or installation guidance. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, automated systems may occasionally produce errors. If you believe you have received a communication in error, please contact us at [email protected].

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any term of this Policy, please do not use this Site or submit any personal information to us.
